Can I write the message in Marathi and names in English?

Yes. Mixed scripts are supported and each part is rendered with an appropriate font.

Is the sign-off in Marathi too?

Yes — with मराठी selected, the card uses “प्रिय” before the recipient’s name and “प्रेमपूर्वक” or “शुभेच्छुक” before yours, depending on the design.
