Why send a personalised Diwali greeting?
Diwali is the season when every phone in India lights up with good wishes. Forwarded images with someone else’s name — or no name at all — tend to get scrolled past. A card that says “Dear Nani” and ends with your family’s name gets saved, shown around and remembered.
Wishora was built for exactly that moment. In less than a minute you can turn a heartfelt line into a crisp, square image that looks right on WhatsApp, Instagram and status updates — in English, Hindi or Marathi. Looking for words? Our collection of Diwali wishes has messages for family, friends and clients, and the Hindi and Marathi pages start the editor in your language.
Designed for the five days of Diwali
From Dhanteras and Choti Diwali to Lakshmi Puja, Govardhan Puja / Padwa and Bhai Dooj, you can make a fresh card for each day. Try a traditional diya or kalash for elders, a corporate design for colleagues, and the cute Diya Buddy for children.
Frequently asked questions
How do I make a Diwali greeting card with my name?
Choose a design in the editor above, type the recipient’s name and your name, edit the message if you like, and tap “Create My Greeting”. You can then download the PNG or share it straight to WhatsApp.
Is Wishora free?
Completely. There are no subscriptions, premium designs or limits. Wishora is supported by advertising.
Which languages are supported?
English, Hindi and Marathi. Headings, salutations and suggested wishes switch automatically, and Devanagari text is rendered with proper fonts.
Do you store my greetings?
No. Cards are drawn in your own browser and Wishora has no database. When you share a card link, the names and message are carried inside the link itself so the recipient (and the WhatsApp preview) can show the card — nothing is saved on our side, and none of it is sent to analytics.
Why is there a small “Made with Wishora” line on the card?
It is how Wishora stays free — friends who receive your card can find the site and make their own. We keep it small and subtle so your greeting stays the star.
